About the Role

The Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing & Advocacy at Gap Inc. leads strategic vision for creator affiliate and advocacy efforts across multiple brands. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and own creator affiliate and advocacy strategies across multiple Gap Inc. brands, integrating efforts into seasonal plans and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of affiliate and advocacy initiatives to support brand and product priorities, ensuring cultural relevance and ROI.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with creators and advocates to build brand love and loyalty beyond one-off partnerships.
  • Stay informed about platforms, tools, and trends shaping the creator economy, bringing fresh ideas and formats to campaigns.
  • Partner with brand marketing, social, performance, legal, tech, and product teams, as well as creator and marketplace teams, to ensure seamless integration of influence and advocacy efforts.
  • Forecast, track, measure, and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize ongoing efforts.
  • Serve as a strategic voice, providing best practices, education, and fostering a creative, collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of marketing experience with 4-5 years in social and influencer marketing.
  • Experience managing teams, with a proven track record of collaborative leadership and team building.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of performance-driven influencer programs, affiliate marketing platforms, and creator partnership models.
  • Success in balancing culture and commerce to deliver awareness and conversion.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and optimizing performance metrics for influence and affiliate campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive in a complex, matrixed environment and drive meaningful change.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of turning ambiguity into action and infusing strategy across the enterprise.
