About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Revenue Operations leader who can build structure, accelerate pipeline via timely data insights, and partner cross-functionally to drive results. As Senior Manager, Marketing Revenue Operations, you'll serve as the operational & business partner to the CMO's organization. You will own the systems, processes, and reporting that power Marketing. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to shape how Marketing contributes to revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of the marketing technology platforms.
  • Website management & marketing-based maintenance.
  • Ensure system interoperability, data cleanliness, and integration across GTM systems.
  • Design and maintain dashboards that give visibility into pipeline & campaign ROI.
  • Own campaign logic and data models that power analytics and forecasting.
  • Deliver proactive insights and analysis to the team and business.
  • Create and optimize marketing campaign components (email, landing pages, automations, events).
  • Lead campaign design across HubSpot, Salesforce, ABM platforms, webinars, and partner motions.
  • Ensure data integrity and seamless handoff between Marketing and Sales.
  • Support pipeline forecasting and ROI calculations for marketing initiatives.
  • Define best practices for campaign management, reporting, and attribution.
  • Act as the operational lead for AE- and partner-driven programs.
  • Drive foundational Salesforce strategy for marketing and pipeline management.
  • Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Finance to align on forecasting, budget, and pipeline goals.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in Marketing Ops, RevOps, or GTM Strategy within B2B SaaS.
  • Expertise in pipeline management, velocity tracking, and forecasting.
  • Hands-on technical skills across Salesforce, HubSpot, ABM tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Track record of owning and scaling marketing tech stacks.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership with the ability to influence at the executive level.
  • Experience in enterprise sales environments.
  • Comfortable moving quickly in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
