The Senior Manager, Project Management, is a key member of the team responsible for managing complex cross-functional projects that drive business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage highly complex cross-functional projects end-to-end, including new product innovation, expansion into new categories and channels, and implementation of new IT platforms.
  • Inspire and energize the team to deliver business objectives through challenging project goals and motivate them to achieve these goals.
  • Ensure project objectives, scope, and success criteria are clearly stated and aligned.
  • Organize work streams and structure project teams accordingly, including stream leads and teams.
  • Lead proactive identification and management of opportunities, risks, and change impacts.
  • Manage and influence project stakeholders by defining governance, facilitating decision-making, and communicating status transparently.
  • Define project resource needs, secure resources, and escalate gaps as necessary.
  • Manage external partners and suppliers, track and report spend versus budget, and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Identify organizational project management needs, define standards, and train and coach project managers.
  • Lead initiatives to improve existing processes or implement new methodologies, including piloting approaches like Agile.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA and PMP certification are a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of business experience, including at least 5 years of end-to-end cross-functional project management experience.
  • Experience managing highly complex projects with autonomy and creating order out of chaos.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple details and pivot between big picture and details.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, identify issues and risks, and focus teams on priorities.
  • Accountability for business objectives, ability to align project goals, and energize teams to deliver results.
  • Ability to bring diverse teams together, build trust, and enable risk-taking for strong results.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and focus discussions.
  • Proactive stakeholder engagement skills to align project objectives with business strategies.
  • Proficiency with project planning software (e.g., MS Project, Wrike, Smartsheets) and MS Office applications.
  • Strong commitment to the company's mission and values.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to accept and share feedback respectfully.

Nice to Have

  • MBA degree
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
  • Experience in food/beverage industry, especially in new product development or IT

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (required).
  • MBA (preferred).
  • PMP certification (preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of business experience.
  • At least 5 years of end-to-end cross-functional project management experience.

  • Base salary plus variable component (On-Target Earnings) ranging from $121,500 to $152,753 USD.
