Senior Manager, SEO & AIO

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end SEO/AIO strategy with a focus on delivering measurable business impact across traffic, engagement, leads, and pipeline.
• Serve as the strategic SEO and AIO leader, connecting organic search performance to business growth.
• Develop and implement forward-thinking initiatives that ensure SEO and AI-optimized content are key levers in the company's digital success.
• Translate SEO & AIO performance into business value by driving prioritization across teams, communicating impact, and advocating for resourcing.
• Lead the evolution of SEO practices, integrating AIO best practices, and adapting to algorithm updates and search trends.
• Manage and mentor the existing SEO team to drive high performance, scale SEO operations, and continually improve impact and execution.
• Quickly analyze and audit web pages for SEO/AIO improvements.
• Communicate with data-driven approaches to internal stakeholders and execution teams to ensure correct prioritization.
• Set goals, timelines, and improvement paths for each component of the program.
• Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize content and uncover new opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate search results, LLMs, and search performance across major engines and markets.
• Partner with analytics teams to create and deliver SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Build a roadmap of experiments and initiatives to drive organic traffic, engagement, leads, and pipeline.
• Use various tools (SEO tools, web analytics tools) to support data compilation and develop recommendations.
• Provide detailed competitive analysis to maintain authority across key business units and keyword themes.
• Stay abreast of top trends, best practices, and algorithms to continually develop winning strategies.

Requirements

• 12+ overall experience with 8+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a large-scale B2B SaaS organization, including AIO.
• 3+ years of management experience, preferably managing full-time employees and driving impact.
• Proven track record of developing and executing SEO & AIO strategies to deliver large-scale impact.
• Deep understanding of AI optimization and search optimization tactics, both content and technical.
• Ability to develop long-term SEO strategies and drive a roadmap for SEO initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO implications.
• Understanding of AI, its role in search marketing, and AI optimization methods.
• Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking skills, and experience with metrics and quantitative analysis.
• Expertise with MS Excel and familiarity with SERPs (Google, Bing, Yahoo) and LLMs.
• Passion for metrics, data analysis, and translating complex concepts into clear business requirements.

• Experience with building inclusive AIO strategies alongside SEO.
• Experience with search engines and AI tools beyond standard SEO tools.
• Knowledge of search engine algorithms and trends.
