The company is committed to delivering high-quality consumer healthcare experiences at scale and is seeking a Senior Manager, SEO/AIO to lead organic search strategies that drive patient acquisition and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive SEO/AIO strategies to drive high value patient acquisition across various service lines.
  • Coordinate with agency resources to deliver end-to-end content and/or link earning campaign processes, from planning to execution, optimization, and reporting, ensuring all campaigns meet or exceed performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate directly with executive leadership to define SEO/AIO objectives and align strategies with broader organizational goals, including presenting performance insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with internal teams (content, creative, analytics) and external agency partners to ensure campaigns are optimized for the target audience and driving acquisition performance.
  • Utilize data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, and Google Search Console to monitor performance and adjust tactics as necessary, including owning the brand's Semrush configuration.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Generative AI, applying these insights to improve efficiency, reduce time to market, and accelerate results.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with agency partners to develop and deploy content and technical strategies to establish the brands as trusted and authoritative resources for inclusion in AI search.
  • Provide detailed, data-driven reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, focusing on performance trends, drivers, and future initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in SEO/AIO, and at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Experience scaling localized content across pages representing more than 1,000 physical locations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and optimize campaign performance, including proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives around performance and insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including agencies and vendors.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results from SEO/AIO campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Leadership and team management experience, including motivating teams and managing external agencies.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Understanding of Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing), Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), Programmatic Display, and Online Video (YouTube, OTT) channels and their interaction with SEO/AIO strategies.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and navigating healthcare-specific challenges.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
