Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead SEO and AIO content strategies across key web properties, aligning with business goals, campaign plans, and product launches.
  • Build strategy for AI Optimization (AIO) and develop roadmaps for SEO improvement in line with business strategy.
  • Own keyword strategy, topical architecture, and content planning across priority journeys and personas.
  • Optimize existing content and drive new creation initiatives to improve rankings, visibility, and conversion across organic channels.
  • Partner with internal content teams to align SEO strategy with editorial planning.
  • Conduct technical and content audits to identify issues and opportunities.
  • Implement on-page SEO improvements such as metadata, URL structure, header optimization, internal linking, and schema markup.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and UX teams to influence site architecture, performance, and search accessibility.
  • Execute technical SEO work.
  • Collaborate across digital, brand, product marketing, paid media, and creative teams to ensure content efforts are aligned and scalable.
  • Provide SEO and content expertise in campaign planning and web initiatives.
  • Manage and coordinate relationships with designers, agencies, or other content vendors supporting SEO or content production.
  • Develop aligned consumer resource and help article strategy.
  • Execute ad hoc SEO optimization projects.
  • Define and track KPIs such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and content engagement.
  • Use analytics tools to measure effectiveness and iterate based on data.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools to continuously evolve SEO and AIO content approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience in SEO and content strategy, with proven results driving organic growth.
  • Experience working on AI search optimization.
  • Experience writing and optimizing content that improves rankings and engages users (landing pages, blog posts, FAQs, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, including AI-driven search optimization (AIO).
  • Ability to build keyword strategies, topical architecture, and content plans aligned to user journeys and business goals.
  • Skilled in using SEO and analytics tools to track performance, extract insights, and optimize accordingly.
  • Proficiency in conducting audits, optimizing metadata, implementing schema, and partnering on site architecture.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with product, UX, engineering, and creative teams.
  • Experience leading projects and coordinating with agencies or freelancers to scale content production.
  • Ability to guide, write, or edit high-impact content that improves rankings and user engagement.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills to present SEO strategies and results to stakeholders.
  • Ability to stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging AI tools.
