About the Role

Due to an internal transfer, we are looking to fill the position of Senior Marketing Manager at our Hamburg-Wandsbek location. In this role, you will be responsible for the marketing plan of the Ostomy Care Business Area within our Chronic Care Marketing, aligning with local and global strategies. You will coordinate with the Marketing Director and sales managers to achieve revenue and marketing goals, overseeing product positioning, marketing activities including pricing, market analysis, product development, and campaign planning and execution. The position reports directly to the Senior Director Marketing Germany.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the Stomatherapy division, including creating the Annual Business Plan.
Lead and motivate a team of 4 employees, fostering team development.
Create and execute activity plans in collaboration with other departments such as sales, health economics, and medical affairs.
Work closely with Global Marketing in Denmark regarding new product developments, launch plans, and marketing campaigns.
Manage product launches and business development, including revenue and budget responsibilities.

Requirements

Successfully completed studies in Marketing or Business Economics, with several years of professional experience, ideally in the Med-tech/Healthcare industry or comparable fields.
Analytical skills and experience managing complex projects.
Strategic thinking combined with understanding of sales requirements.
Empathetic, clear, and transparent communication skills.
Team player with confident demeanor and strong stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in German and English.

First leadership experience (not mandatory).

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing or Economics.
