Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and execution of patient marketing programs in collaboration with external partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Developing, leading, and executing programs for peer-to-peer engagement such as CAS Experience Centers, Dialogue dinners, and P2P phone calls.
  • Developing and supporting Therapy Awareness Programs (TAP) for HCP and patients.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between cross-functional teams for product marketing needs and ensuring effective communication.
  • Managing HCP communications for marketing programs and activities.
  • Tracking KPIs for key programs and establishing regular business updates for stakeholders.
  • Serving as an advisor to the field on P2P marketing opportunities aligned with business priorities.
  • Developing campaign objectives, messaging, content, and key metrics.
  • Directing integrated marketing plans and execution to support HCP marketing efforts.
  • Creating engaging assets and content to promote thought-leadership.
  • Managing project budgets and controlling spend.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, industry experts, and internal teams.
  • Evaluating opportunities based on customer feedback, procedural trends, competitive landscape, and reimbursement factors.
  • Maintaining ongoing relationships with internal and external customers, including marketing, clinical, legal, regulatory, and HCP stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, strategy, market development, sales, training, education, or other commercial groups, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience managing clinician engagement.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze complex data and market trends.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for market visits, customer engagement, and internal meetings.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in product or brand marketing, training, and education, preferably in medical technology or healthcare.
  • Electrophysiology experience.
  • Autonomy: Works independently under limited supervision, may manage projects/processes, and reviews work of others.
  • Organizational impact: Responsible for entire projects or processes within job area.
  • Innovation and complexity: Handles difficult problems requiring understanding of multiple issues or specialties, and makes process improvements.
  • Communication and influence: Communicates with senior internal/external customers and vendors to influence decision-making.
  • Leadership and talent management: May provide guidance, coaching, and training to others, and manage projects.

Qualifications

  • Formal educational background includes a bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience in healthcare or medical technology marketing is preferred.
  • Experience managing clinician engagement and cross-functional teams.

  • Base salary range: $86,400 - $129,600 (USD).
