Senior Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an emerging leader in the office.
• Customize Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, and SF330 forms.
• Assist with graphics, writing, and proofreading tasks.
• Own the process of getting data related to pursuits and activities into CRM and communicate CRM benefits to office teams.
• Generate business intelligence reports from CRM, Power BI, ProjectXchange (PxT), and other internal marketing systems.
• Monitor and identify proposal opportunities through lead retrieval sites, Capital Improvement Programs (CIP), Dodge, etc.
• Create local and regional marketing collateral.
• Prepare interview content for proposals and presentations.
• Work with office leadership to develop office and regional marketing plans.
• Support office marketing activities including pursuit/proposal development, digital marketing, and brand awareness.
• Follow safety rules, participate in pre-task planning, and report safety issues.
• Maintain quality standards on all projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field and 4 years of marketing and communications experience, or a minimum of 8 years of related experience without a degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign).
• Experience with SF330 forms.
• 3 to 4 years of experience coordinating proposals.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
• Adept at working well with various personalities and work styles.
• Strong understanding of go/no-go decision processes.
• Participation in mentoring and relevant industry workshops.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.

Nice to Have

• Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM).
