Senior Network Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Leads network and engineering implementation planning, execution and development through completion of assigned technical projects.
• Ensures efficient resource use, compliance with industry standards, and successful delivery of technical network projects.
• Supports key initiatives supporting AT&T growth.

Requirements

• Develop and manage complex technical project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, feasibility studies, and business cases.
• Assemble and lead project teams, assign responsibilities, oversee performance, and manage multiple interrelated projects or strategic programs.
• Perform scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change management, and control to ensure project adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Establish and manage contractual relationships with customers and external vendors, and coordinate with stakeholders to align project deliverables with business requirements.
• Ensure project compliance with industry standards and company policies, implement quality assurance processes, and utilize Scrum or Agile techniques for team collaboration and backlog management.
• An experienced professional with advanced, interdisciplinary knowledge, resolving difficult and complex issues using broad professional concepts. Guides others, applying advanced principles and company practices. Leads moderate sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value. Operates autonomously with frequent senior leadership interaction.
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
• 3+ years of related experience in leading network projects.
