This role involves managing a high-volume Paid Search program, generating revenue growth, leading campaign management, and performance analysis to maximize paid search incremental revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume, robust Paid Search program to generate customer and prospect revenue growth within spend and revenue targets.
  • Lead campaign management and performance analysis efforts to maximize paid search incremental revenue growth.
  • Product Feed Management and Connectivity with Broader Grainger Technology Team.
  • Conduct daily health checks and issue resolution for paid search campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for feed optimization and campaign improvements.
  • Manage paid search campaigns including performance analysis, health checks, and optimization efforts.
  • Project manage rapid testing initiatives to support incremental ROAS goals.
  • Prepare and present performance reviews and opportunity discussions with marketing leadership.
  • Collaborate with Google, Microsoft, and Search Ads 360 vendor teams to meet PPC objectives, troubleshoot issues, and stay informed of new capabilities.
  • Grow and optimize keyword portfolios through rapid testing, including data analysis, bid strategies, audience/product targeting, ad copy, and landing pages.
  • Automate processes, reporting, and alerts related to paid search campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal business partners and vendors to communicate project initiatives, define strategy, make budget recommendations, and execute ROI deliverables.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience managing large scale Paid Search programs for well-established online retailers or experience utilizing product information in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Paid Search channel and best practices, including campaign structure, geo/rapid testing, and bid strategy management.
  • Experience with product listing ads (PLA) and product feed optimization preferred.
  • Proficient in quantitative analysis and analytical thinking with the ability to translate analysis into actionable insights.
  • Ability to generate reports from Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Power BI.
  • Proven ability to build and influence cross-functional partnerships internally and externally.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with organic/SEO teams and testing & analytics teams preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) and SQL.
  • Experience leveraging product information and segmenting or categorizing products.
