About the Role

The VP, Paid Search, is a senior leader overseeing a portfolio of important client accounts within the Paid Search service line. You will report to the SVP, Head of Paid Search, and will drive strategy, team leadership, and operational excellence across best-in-class search programs. As part of the dentsu Media Paid Search Leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the agency's US Search offering, fostering innovation, and mentoring future leaders. You will excel in paid search strategy, team development, and process improvement, while promoting a collaborative, values-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and evangelize dentsu's paid search strategy; drive innovation and process optimization.
Lead directors and managers; oversee staffing, hiring, and talent development across the portfolio.
Provide strategic oversight, build strong client relationships, and ensure high performance and satisfaction.
Collaborate with platform partners (Google, Microsoft); support business development efforts.

Requirements

10+ years in digital and Paid Search marketing.
5+ years managing teams.
Expertise in Paid Search and familiarity with adjacent media channels.
Strong communicator and persuasive presenter.
Experience leading change.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Hourly pay range of $54.33 - $105.60, based on experience and skills.
