Senior Partner, Advertising Sales, Walmart Connect

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for driving results while strategically building a business for the future
• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers
• Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategy development
• Evangelize Walmart Connect with agencies, clients, and at targeted events, conferences, and media opportunities
• Champion Walmart Connect product releases internally and externally
• Forecast and efficiently allocate resources to drive profitable business results

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience driving revenue growth with emerging opportunities and established partnerships
• Strong understanding of advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends
• Skilled storyteller with experience communicating marketing opportunities to brands
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate insights and data into narratives
• Ability to perform well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environments
• Proven ability to forge relationships with marketing decision makers
• Demonstrable success as a leader of change, achieving operational excellence through new performance measures, processes, and systems
• Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with a focus on collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related area, or Master's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area
• 5 years' experience in brand advertising, media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales
• 5 years' experience managing client accounts
• 5 years' experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients

• Master's degree in Psychology, Advertising, Marketing, or Business

• Annual salary range of $108,000 to $216,000, with additional performance bonuses and stock options
