KFVS12 is a local TV station serving the Cape Girardeau, Missouri/Paducah, Kentucky/Harrisburg, Illinois market, known for its local news, weather, and community service, with a rich heritage dating back to 1954.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting for and generating new business with strong managerial and customer support.
Providing excellent customer service.
Selling across all platforms: television, digital, promotions, and creative services.
Learning how to and building well-thought-out, strategic advertising plans.
Helping clients generate sales and increase profitability through advertising solutions.
Building and nurturing business relationships with clients.

Requirements

Excellent listening, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
A team player with the ability to create, build, and nurture business relationships.
Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and complete tasks on time.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools, strategies, and processes.
Highly effective communication skills.
Confident personality with a strong sense of urgency and a winning attitude.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
BS/BA degree in business, marketing, or equivalent work experience.
A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
