About the Role

The Partner Success Manager (Digital) at Dun & Bradstreet is responsible for fostering and growing relationships with existing data partners, including publishers, data aggregators, and research organizations contributing to the Eyeota marketplace. The role focuses on building strong partner connections, enhancing data quality and scope, delivering value, and identifying new opportunities for account expansion. The position requires a thorough understanding of Eyeota and Dun & Bradstreet's data products, solutions, and privacy regulations, within a company dedicated to data analytics, innovation, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day activities across data partnership accounts, focusing on improving data quality, increasing data volume, and driving revenue and commercial opportunities.
  • Support the beginning of the partner acquisition cycle from initial conversations, negotiation, and contracting through to onboarding and ingestion.
  • Work closely with business operations and taxonomy management groups to monitor supplier volumes within segments, identify areas for diversification, and ensure data quality against definitions remains consistent.
  • Conduct annual or quarterly business reviews.
  • Monitor monthly revenues, work with dedicated accounts to identify areas for growth, and troubleshoot technical issues that hinder performance.
  • Align with commercial sales teams to expand partnership growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in consultative account management within the digital media industry, ideally at a publisher, ad network, demand-side platform, data company, or digital agency.
  • Understanding of programmatic advertising and the role of B2B and B2C data in campaign planning.
  • Strong technical/analytical aptitude and operational experience with ad serving, tag implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high productivity.
  • Effective collaboration skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and traveling when necessary.
  • Ownership mindset, problem-solving ability, curiosity, proactive attitude, and collaborative spirit.
  • Continuous growth mindset, willingness to learn through social experiences and formal training.
  • Fluency in English and relevant languages for the market.
