About the Role

As a DSP Sales Specialist at Walmart Connect, you're in the right place at the right time to ride the retail media trend at the largest retailer in the world! It's your opportunity to bring to life full-funnel performant advertising solutions for brands across categories you will manage. You will be a consultative sales partner to your clients, Merchandising partners, and Marketing support to grow your client's business and drive revenue at Walmart. You will drive client meetings with a particular focus on providing expertise for our DSP/programmatic ad products. Your primary goal will be increasing adoption of our ad products by acting as a connective tissue between Walmart Connect teams (Sales and Product) and our advertisers. You will have the opportunity to make an impact at a senior stakeholder level as a member of cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Become an expert in the unique value proposition of Walmart Connect's programmatic offering through deep partnership with Product and Sales teams.
Use your experience to drive customer engagements focused on our DSP/programmatic value proposition.
Reach and strive to exceed sales quotas while contributing to our team goals.
Manage a variety of advertiser accounts.
Travel to client meetings and collaborate with colleagues onsite in one of our Walmart Connect office locations.

Requirements

Experience in digital sales with at least 3 years of experience in programmatic sales.
Experience in advertising sales, including programmatic ad sales.
Experience managing internal and external relationships.
Experience in retail media.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, strong attention to detail, and diligent follow-through.
Ability to quickly build relationships with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external.
An ability to prioritize effectively across a broad spectrum of initiatives.
Experience in digital sales with at least 3 years of experience in programmatic sales.

Nice to Have

Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Advertising, or related area.
Management experience.
Experience working with Fortune 500 advertisers, agencies, and clients.

Qualifications

Experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales for 5 years.
Managing client accounts for 5 years.
Working as a strategic advisor with C-suite clients for 5 years.
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in psychology or related area.
Option 2: Master's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
