Senior Platform Product Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build the next generation catalog capabilities.
• Enable onboarding of Marketplace catalogs onto the Walmart platform.
• Work with cross functional teams to unlock new features for Sellers and Customers.
• Drive roadmap prioritization, vision, and strategy with internal stakeholders within the specific product domain area.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define success metrics, drive go-to-market strategy and adoption, and enhance product features.
• Conduct user research and surveys by synthesizing customer pain points; analyze and visualize large amounts of data into actionable insights and advocate for a metric-driven decision-making process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years of experience in product management or related experience at a technology and data-driven company focused on building products with new and emerging technologies.
• Or 7 years of experience in product management or related experience at a technology and data-driven company focused on building products with new and emerging technologies.
• Provide evidence of full vaccination as defined by CDC guidelines or secure approval of medical or religious accommodation for the vaccination mandate.

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related area and 4 years of experience in back-end platform or highly complex B2B/C products or experience in roles requiring data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills (including deep knowledge of Excel, SQL, or statistics).
• Knowledge in creating inclusive digital experiences, implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices and supporting an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area (minimum requirement).
• 7 years of experience in product management or related experience if not holding a bachelor's degree.
