About the Role

We are an automotive logistics startup inside of the Atlanta Tech Village. Our digital marketplace connects vehicle shippers with car haulers, and we are on a mission to reinvent vehicle distribution and reduce carbon emissions. Carpool is a car shipping marketplace that enables multiple clients to share space on a truck, lowering cost and emissions. Key Responsibilities

Design Ownership: Lead and execute the UX and UI strategy across our web and mobile platforms.
Hands-On Creation: Translate requirements into flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity visual designs.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior designers while managing design quality and process.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
Proven track record of shipping elegant, user-centered digital products from concept to launch.
Proficiency in Figma (or similar), with strong visual design and interaction design skills.
Ability to balance creativity with business logic-you know how to design for real-world constraints.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions.
Leadership experience with direct reports and cross-functional influence.
A portfolio that shows both process and polish-ideally with work that solves real problems, not just looks great.
