About the Role

In this pivotal role, you'll drive innovation, deliver high-impact solutions in a cross-functional agile environment, and play a key role in expanding our client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Your ability to balance product excellence with strategic business growth will be crucial to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead product strategy, discovery, and development for complex initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product roadmaps.
Engage with executives, presenting insights, strategies, and progress updates.
Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure project success and identify new opportunities.
Translate intricate concepts into tangible artifacts and actionable product strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Must have expert level Product Management experience within large scale publicly facing software platforms.
Must have demonstrated experience in developing and executing product strategy for large scale, publicly facing, software platforms.
Must be able to effectively communicate product strategy to high level executives.
Must have extensive experience in product management.
Proven ability to manage full product lifecycles from discovery to delivery.
Strong leadership and communication skills, adept at stakeholder management.
Analytical mindset with a focus on user-centric approaches.
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain Public Trust 6C.

Nice to Have

Experience working in agile methodologies and practices.
Ability to assess technical trade-offs and prioritize platform improvements.
Experience translating complex business rules, policy requirements, or regulatory constraints into digital workflows.
Strong strategic road mapping and prioritization skills.
Experience in stakeholder management and building long-term client partnerships.
