Key Responsibilities

  • Product line planning; guiding content and technology development; advocating for customer/sales needs in the product development process
  • Drive product strategy and vision to deliver high quality products and/or features on schedule that meet the product needs and corporate goals
  • Communicate project scope changes, prioritization reasoning, and decisions affecting product delivery
  • Define project deliverables to support delivery of high quality products on schedule that meet company needs and goals
  • Manage product lifecycle from initial conceptualization, authorization, development, launch, maintenance and sunsetting products
  • Assist the sales team with technical product evaluations and proofs of concept
  • Train the sales teams on how to sell the product effectively
  • Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements
  • Design and deliver client presentations, demonstrations, and technical pilots that highlight the value of our solutions
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio and competitive landscape
  • Create sales materials to support the sales process
  • Own the pricing of the product in collaboration with the product management and sales leaders
  • Craft use cases and identify major selling points for the product
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop sales marketing strategies and materials
  • Liaise between sales and engineering teams to address technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and present technical proposals and configurations that meet customer needs
  • Provide training and support to customers and partners on our solutions
  • Continuously stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements
  • Create and maintain technical documentation to support the sales process

Requirements

  • Experience in implementing product maintenance plans and managing development phases in the product lifecycle
  • Assist with project management needs; ensure work is understood and completed on time
  • Solutions engineering, client services, or a similar customer-facing technical sales role
  • Expertise in the online video platform & hosting industry
  • Experience working with complex software solutions and technologies
  • Ability to deliver presentations and demonstrations to diverse audiences
  • Experience developing technical proposals and documentation
  • Experience creating sales materials and owning product pricing
  • Ability to develop use cases and identify major selling points
  • Performing competitive analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Experience within the technology space in a technical, consulting, and/or sales capacity
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions and architectures
  • Understanding of networking, security, and system integration concepts
  • Strong collaboration and adaptability skills
  • Proven track record of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity and openness to new technologies and approaches
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate within a team and coordinate across departments
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to understand and address both business and technical needs
