Senior Product Manager - AI

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and launch of features aligned with our AI/ML product strategy and roadmap
• Define and prioritize product requirements to address emerging AI security challenges, such as adversarial attacks, data leakage, and model vulnerabilities
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception and design, to development, launch, and ongoing performance tracking
• Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies in AI and Security
• Identify market opportunities and contribute to strategic decisions that position Cisco AI Defense as a leader in the industry
• Collaborate with engineers, machine learning experts, threat intelligence teams, and researchers to deliver ML-powered features that address real-world AI security threats
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
• Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve product offerings

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years of experience in the AI/ML domain
• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
• Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate new ideas with internal and external partners
• Familiarity with GenAI, ML, and Data platforms and services (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, Azure AI Services, Snowflake, Databricks, OpenAI)
• Strong interpersonal, written, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Critical thinking and ability to tackle complex, innovative problems
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in the evolving field of AI

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
• Familiarity with GenAI, ML, and Data platforms and services (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, Azure AI Services, Snowflake, Databricks, OpenAI)
• The capacity to think critically and tackle complex, innovative problems in the field
• A willingness to continuously learn and adapt, crucial in the ever-evolving field of AI
