Our flagship unified security platform, Cobalt Monitoring Intelligence, helps protect Fortune 1000 companies across more than 10 countries. We've effectively managed over 350 million alarm events and conducted 15 million hours of active monitoring, resulting in a 90% noise reduction and 4x faster response times for our customers. We're currently expanding our capabilities from hundreds of robots to hundreds of thousands of cameras, and we're looking for our first dedicated Product Manager. Our approach combines the speed and scale of AI Agents with the nuanced judgment of human expertise to create more effective security solutions. This is truly cloud-first, AI-native company that presents an opportunity to be part of a significant disruption happening in a $120B+ physical security industry. We're seeking a software-focused Product Manager with experience in complex, enterprise B2B products. This is an execution-heavy, individual contributor role spanning five product lines. You'll scope complex systems, optimize workflows, and use data to drive efficient and scalable product delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity and is energized by improving processes, including creating them where none exist. You'll identify bottlenecks and architect solutions that enhance product delivery through robust technical foundations. This role will offer significant growth opportunities for the right candidate, including strategically shaping the product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will own the execution of the roadmap and ensure we deliver maximum value to our customers through close collaboration with engineering, operations, go-to-market teams, and enterprise customers.
- Drive the development, prioritization, and communication of a clear product roadmap grounded in strategic goals, market insights, technical feasibility, and cross-functional input.
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks across the product lifecycle, implementing scalable, repeatable processes and automation opportunities that align with roadmap execution.
- Balance customer needs with technical requirements, using systems thinking and architectural awareness to inform prioritization and ensure effective delivery.
- Define and monitor key metrics to evaluate process effectiveness, leveraging data and system-level insights to guide continuous improvement in collaboration with engineering leadership.
- Lead agile ceremonies—including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives—ensuring process adoption, team alignment, and steady progress against roadmap milestones.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of Product Management experience in enterprise software.
- Strong technical aptitude and an understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs, computer vision, and machine learning.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences in written and verbal communication.
- Experience leading agile software development and scrum methodology.

- Prior experience in security and AI/ML.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of Product Management experience in enterprise software.
Benefits & Perks
- Competitive salary range of $130,000 - $160,000, with actual compensation determined based on experience, location, and other factors.
- Eligibility for equity awards based on experience and performance.
