Job Description

About the Role

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people's lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM). As the Senior Product Manager for Maestro, you will drive the evolution of key workflow capabilities within Docusign’s no-code workflow orchestration platform, Maestro, to digitize agreement processes, streamline complex workflows, and ensure compliance through automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Docusign Maestro, with a focus on its integrations across the whole suite of Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM), external systems and applications
  • Mature the underlying Maestro platform to serve growing needs of larger enterprise customers, including reporting, auditing, monitoring, and permissions management
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to bring high-impact product features to market
  • Gather customer feedback, conduct market research, and analyze usage data to identify opportunities for improving Maestro's capabilities
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing short-term execution with long-term vision
  • Partner with business stakeholders to drive adoption, go-to-market strategies, and customer success initiatives
  • Represent Maestro in internal and external engagements, evangelizing its value to customers, partners, and industry analysts

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software
  • Experience shipping and managing complex workflow automation, platform, or integration-focused products
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment

Nice to Have

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions
  • Experience with agreement workflows, automation platforms, or API-driven integrations
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to work closely with engineering teams to define scalable solutions
  • Passion for building intuitive and powerful workflow automation products

Qualifications

  • Educational background is not explicitly specified, but extensive product management experience is required

Benefits & Perks

  • Paid Time Off: earned time off, as well as paid company holidays based on region
