Key Responsibilities

Own the vision: Set the narrative and strategy to deliver best-in-class supply chain and spend intelligence
Ship undeniably useful products: Lead conception, strategy, execution, and launch of products that generate value and utility for customers on day 1
Champion the customer: Crystallize market and customer insights into user jobs to be done, problems to solve, and use cases to enable
Drive product velocity: Work closely with cross-functional partners in data, design, and engineering, driving effective alignment and decisions
Push the innovation edge: Apply understanding of data modeling, analysis, and emerging AI/ML methods to experiment with and design modern self-serve analytics experiences

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a product manager, successfully taking analytics or data products from concept to market launch
Experience working directly with EPD and GTM teams in early-stage environments
Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into products that customers want to use
Strong research skills to uncover user jobs-to-be-done and problems to solve
Excellent communication skills to write clear requirements and tell compelling product stories
A growth mindset and an innovation-first approach to problem-solving

Nice to Have

Prior exposure to supply chain and or logistics
Background working with AI/ML products or data science teams
