Senior Product Manager - Marketplace or Walmart Fulfillment Services

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create product strategy by developing roadmaps for key initiatives and advocating for features that optimize seller activities on Walmart.com.
• Drive end-to-end ownership of system solutions for new features by collaborating with data science and engineering teams.
• Lead product initiatives by addressing critical business issues, driving process changes, resource allocation, and setting standards for product management deliverables.
• Work cross-functionally across multiple locations to translate product strategy into a product roadmap and engineering sprints.
• Build features from ideation to full launch, including marketing plans and field enablement.
• Work in an agile and iterative team environment to move fast and adapt quickly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in product management.
• Or 7 years' experience in product management or related area.
• Experience working with software engineers to develop scalable solutions.
• Experience working with UX designers to create intuitive experiences.
• Strong ability to use data to drive decisions and outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Organized, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in Supply Chain, process design, or operational excellence is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area.
• Experience working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
• Knowledge of creating inclusive digital experiences and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
• Familiarity with assistive technologies and digital accessibility best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area.
• 5 years' experience in product management or 7 years' experience in related area.
