We are building out a Product team to develop value-based health programs, a unified user experience, omnichannel care, and a robust data platform for personalized analytics. The role involves shaping product roadmaps, defining strategies, and driving agile execution in the Pharmacy Reference Data business area, with a focus on pharmacy data, workflows, and associate experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define integrations and workflows that assist with Pharmacy business processes, including in-store and home office experiences for Associates.
  • Identify and address solutions for associate pain points.
  • Develop the product strategy and roadmap to address business pain points.
  • Craft the roadmap for reference data and associate user experiences.
  • Create, assemble, and recommend technology solutions that enable pharmacy data to be at the right place at the right time.
  • Execute your roadmap alongside dedicated engineering teams using Agile methods.
  • Develop and enhance products by managing product roadmaps, analyzing customer and product data, and turning insights into actionable initiatives.
  • Define vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise and market opportunities.
  • Build collaborative relationships with key partners, communicate priorities, and gain buy-in from leadership.
  • Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Experience with pharmacy data that includes complicated, large systems and workflows via real-time and near real-time data exchanges.
  • Previous work with Pharmacy associate and data products.
  • Execution-oriented with experience building data flows and pharmacy products that delight users and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Seasoned product owner capable of running products end-to-end independently and collaborating with clinical, business, engineering, UX design/research, and other stakeholders.
  • Obsession with the customer, working backwards from needs to simple solutions, and using research and data to improve products.
  • Ability to solve complex challenges and create structure amidst ambiguity.
  • Comfort influencing others, communicating clearly, leading teams, and managing stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Scrappy with a test-and-learn mentality and experience working cross-functionally in an agile environment.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area.
  • 4 years' experience as a product manager working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.

Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in product management.
  • Option 2: 7 years' experience in product management or related area.
