Key Responsibilities

  • Drive product strategy and execution across all demand-side touchpoints, including our front-end platform and data offerings as they appear to advertisers
  • Define clear product requirements, prioritize features, and collaborate with analytics and engineering to deliver high-quality product enhancements
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and user adoption
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions and improvements
  • Use AI tools and rapid prototyping to accelerate ideation and communication of product concepts
  • Develop a deep understanding of different customer segments and how their needs vary based on their interaction model with Proximic
  • Lead the vision and strategic roadmap for our entire demand-side offering, including identifying new market opportunities and potential partnerships
  • Make high-impact decisions on product direction that align with company objectives and growth strategy
  • Collaborate effectively within our product team, partnering closely with the Supply-side and Data product pillars
  • Partner with Account Management and Sales teams to understand client needs and gather feedback
  • Work with Analytics to develop insights that drive product decisions and improvements
  • Coordinate with Marketing to develop materials that showcase our capabilities to the market
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and executives on product strategy and priorities
  • Mentor junior product team members and provide guidance on complex product challenges

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on AdTech, MarTech, or data platforms
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, DMPs, and data targeting
  • Experience with user-facing products and platforms, with a focus on usability and customer experience
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges
  • Experience in at least one of these areas: user-facing products with a focus on UX, or data product management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfort with modern product development tools and methodologies, including AI-assisted workflows
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience at the intersection of data products and user experience design
  • Knowledge of audience data, cookieless/ID-free targeting solutions, and privacy regulations
  • Experience with rapid prototyping tools to communicate product vision
  • Background in programmatic buying, planning, or digital media strategy
  • Experience working directly with DSPs like The Trade Desk, DV360, or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
  • History of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders
  • Track record of mentoring junior product managers and developing team capabilities

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: $150,000 - $165,000; commensurate with experience
