Senior Product Manager (Strata Cloud Manager - Visibility)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy for unified visibility of cloud security and firewall products, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
• Understand customer problems and use cases, collaborating with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Own the vision, roadmap, and requirements for features related to visibility of KPIs for cloud security, firewalls, users, applications, and platform performance and scaling.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, and other product team members to deliver high-quality products that solve customer problems with a differentiated, automated, and optimized approach.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Engage with the product marketing team to develop messaging, sales tools, and marketing content to support sales efforts.
• Interact with customers, partners, and sales engineering teams to gather feedback, evangelize the product, and monitor customer satisfaction metrics.
• Define KPIs and metrics to track the success of visibility and monitoring features, analyzing data for optimization.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings, informing product development priorities.
• Collaborate with technical marketing, sales engineering, and support teams to enable sales, train field teams, gather feedback during beta tests, and assist with escalations.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree or equivalent experience, including military experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in networking, network management, network security, or next-generation firewalls.
• Hands-on experience managing devices from onboarding to decommissioning and building SaaS products.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear product strategies.
• Experience making data-driven product decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to Have

• Experience in managing SaaS products and driving IT operational efficiency.

• Educational background with BS/MS or equivalent experience.
