  • Support strategic customers with critical issues during implementation, launch, or rollout, coordinating their resolution internally and externally.
  • Partner with software partners to coordinate and implement joint go-to-market campaigns and activities, especially for new features related to conversational AI and agents.

  • Proven ability with conversational AI, intelligent agents, or similar emerging technologies, including understanding their application and value in enterprise settings.
  • Experience supporting customer implementations, troubleshooting product support issues, and addressing customer challenges in a product-focused role.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional go-to-market efforts for new and scaling products, including Early Adopter programs, customer research, and partner launches.
  • Experience making data-driven decisions, defining and owning success metrics, and analyzing product usage.
  • A BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or an equivalent.

Nice to Have

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and influence skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels and external partners.
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A collaborative spirit essential for securing trust and driving cross-team execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong sense of ownership for strategy, roadmap, and execution.
  • Experience with enterprise teamwork tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams) and their integration with business applications.
  • Knowledge of both quantitative insights from user data and qualitative insights from internal and external sources.

Qualifications

  • A BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or an equivalent.

Benefits & Perks

  • Role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
  • Workday offers comprehensive benefits (details available during the hiring process).
  • Flexible work approach combining in-person and remote work, with at least 50% of time each quarter in the office or in the field with customers, prospects, and partners.
