About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Define program objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment of program activities with organizational strategic goals.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional program teams.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members.
• Manage customer expectations and communicate program status effectively.
• Develop and manage program budgets.
• Identify and mitigate potential cost overruns.
• Ensure that program deliverables meet technical requirements and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular program status reports to customers.
• Maintain accurate program documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for tracking progress, documenting decisions, and managing knowledge sharing within the team.
• Ensure program activities comply with relevant Department of Defense (DoD) regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

• 15+ years of Program Management and/or Program Element Monitor experience.
• Experience managing complex technical programs from inception to completion.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with government contracting and procurement processes.

Nice to Have

• DAU Program Management Level III certification.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) clearance required.
