Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage enterprise programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Utilize technical knowledge to guide program development, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and progress reports.
- Hold team members accountable for their deliverables, ensuring timely and quality completion of tasks.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
- Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and report on progress to senior leadership.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on enterprise programs.
- Strong technical background with experience in software development, IT infrastructure, or related areas. Telecom experience a bonus.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving results and driving projects to successful completion.
Nice to Have
- Experience in telecom is a bonus.
