Senior Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of projects/programs assigned, ensuring meeting of critical delivery, quality, and pricing expectations as well as profit margin goals.
• Gather all project related requirements, process that information, and establish a plan.
• Confirm the cost structure, produce a schedule, establish project structure, understand the requirements, and oversee the execution of the plan.
• Manage large-scale rollouts, particularly in event production, merchandising implementations, and campaign execution in branded retail spaces.
• Act as the communication hub for client and creative teams, understanding client feedback, asking clarifying questions, and providing proactive solutions.
• Organize project documents, emails, and tasks, maintaining an accessible organizational system.
• Lead projects and teams with confidence, demonstrating leadership skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Development, Project Management or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive product management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role (direct or indirect).
• Prior managerial or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, and planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning.
• Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships across the organization and with clients.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to influence peers and senior management.
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.

Qualifications
