Senior Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by understanding their business goals, identifying gaps, and proposing tailored solutions
• Lead end-to-end project management across multiple initiatives-planning, execution, risk mitigation, and closure
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, status reports, and documentation
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and status meetings to ensure alignment and clear communication
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities, offering strategic input and contingency plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing, operations) to drive delivery and remove blockers
• Measure and report on project success, including KPIs, ROI, and client satisfaction
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or a related field
• Agile, waterfall and hybrid project management experience
• Custom application development project delivery experience
• Professional services industry experience with strong consultative skills with the ability to influence
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops or Jira for agile project delivery

Nice to Have

• Experience with implementing Microsoft technologies

• Prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and other required qualifications are considered in compensation decisions

Benefits & Perks

• The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $115,000 - $145,000 plus benefits
