Key Responsibilities

Work Drive innovative social media campaigns from concept to execution, managing timelines and dependencies. Translate requirements into compelling client proposals and SOWs while ensuring alignment on scope and pricing.
People Lead cross-functional teams to produce award-winning social content while partnering with Account Management to identify growth opportunities. Foster collaboration between creative, production, social, and client teams.
Process Optimize project communication and workflows while balancing complex campaign demands. Champion performance monitoring tools and drive process improvements.
Financials Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability and maximum ROI for social media initiatives.

Requirements

4+ years managing complex social media marketing projects in an agency environment
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and mentoring team members
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
Experience in project scoping, timeline estimation, and resource management
Superior client relationship management and presentation skills
Ability to thrive under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Deep passion for social media marketing and advertising industry
