Senior Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Project management of new and upgrades of SCIF projects locally and across the country.
• Initiate, plan, construct and close both SCIF and Electrical vehicle charging site projects.
• Create estimates, bids, schedules, budgets, proposals, invoices, RFPs and overall project oversight both in person and on site.
• Conduct project progress meetings.
• Manage project design and construction and vendor teams.
• Review and oversee lease documents requirements, plan creation and building permit submission.
• Support JLL PDS account teams as required in multiple JLL markets.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, especially related to SCIF and electrical vehicle charging site projects.
• Ability to create estimates, bids, schedules, budgets, proposals, and invoices.
• Experience managing project design, construction, and vendor teams.
• Knowledge of lease documents, plan creation, and building permit submission processes.
• Willingness to support multiple markets and work on-site in McLean, VA or Washington, DC.

Nice to Have

• Experience with real estate or facilities management.
• Familiarity with government or secure facility projects (SCIF).
• Experience supporting account teams across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in project management or related fields.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
