Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for large-sized projects with a high financial risk and impact/complexity, managing all aspects of the project from scope definition to delivery.
  • Develop, communicate, and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables based on stakeholders' requirements.
  • Define a deliverable-oriented work breakdown structure and develop, execute, and communicate the project plan.
  • Define, communicate, and manage the project budget and systematic quality activities to meet project requirements.
  • Create and lead project organization, defining roles, responsibilities, and objectives.
  • Develop and implement communication and risk management plans.
  • Create and drive the project procurement plan to ensure supplier selection and management fulfill project objectives.
  • Lead and manage complex projects related to engineering, production, installation, and commissioning of Tetra Pak equipment at customer sites.
  • Assign tasks, review and approve team members' work, guide, and direct project teams.
  • Set prices during the pre-project phase, approve project budgets, establish project teams, and develop standards for project implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or Systems Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience executing complex cheese, evaporation, and drying projects.
  • Proven ability to secure project deliverables according to contracts and plans.
  • Skill in breaking down and planning projects into phases, meeting milestones, and staying within budget.
  • Experience managing scope changes and issue variation orders.
  • Ability to manage project communication and documentation effectively.
  • Experience providing lessons learned and contributing to process and tool improvements.
  • Proven ability to manage project teams and provide performance feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting to project boards and providing status updates.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in international and domestic project environments.
  • Knowledge of food production equipment and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or food science fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.

  • Annual Base Salary Range: $102,835.00 to $165,835.00.
  • Performance incentive of 10% of ABS.
