About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing development projects for medical devices from early project planning to handover to production and regulatory submissions in accordance with the internal innovation process
• Navigating the project team through the highly regulated environment and following a robust project plan within the given quality management system
• Managing and collaborating with all relevant stakeholders, including internal, global, local interfaces, and external partners such as design agencies and consultants
• Representing the project (team) within the company's processes and structures, both locally and globally
• Promoting team spirit, motivation, and fostering an error culture within the project team

Requirements

• M.Sc. in a relevant scientific or engineering field, such as mechanical or industrial engineering, medical technology, pharmacy, biotechnology, or equivalent
• At least 10 years of professional experience in global and complex project management within a highly regulated environment like pharma or medtech
• Strong background in working under MDR, ISO 13485, 21CFR820.3 (Design Control), ISO 62366 (Usability Engineering), and 14971 (Risk Management)
• Good understanding of product and process development quality standards in MedTech
• Experience with agile project management methods such as Scrum is advantageous
• Digital experience with project planning and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Planisware Orchestra), document management, requirements management, and ERP solutions
