About the Role

The Senior Manager, Procurement Projects leads strategic procurement initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with operational goals and enterprise-wide transformation efforts. This role acts as a senior liaison between Procurement, Operations, and Central Project Teams, overseeing the successful execution of complex, high-impact projects including site mobilizations, closures, and national service transitions. The role also contributes to procurement strategy, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional project teams, define project scope and KPI's, manage risk and ensure timely delivery of strategic procurement initiatives.
Oversee procurement readiness for Go Lives and closures, ensuring seamless integration with site operations and compliance with corporate standards.
Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, implement best practices, and support change management initiatives.
Present project updates to executive leadership, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
7+ years in procurement or operations leadership, with proven success in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
Advanced project management and strategic planning skills.
Strong financial acumen and cost control methodologies.
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Change management and process reengineering experience.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Warehouse and transport operational experience.
Go live/Mobilization experience.
Self-motivated with high collaboration, drive, resilience, and assertiveness.

Nice to Have

Master's degree (MBA or equivalent).
