The role of Senior Regional Marketing Specialist involves leading regional marketing programs to support revenue growth within the Enterprise southeast region, collaborating with sales and broader marketing teams to achieve strategic business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute targeted regional marketing campaigns aligned with the Americas and Enterprise GTM Strategy to generate a robust pipeline of new and upsell business supporting regional sales and product goals.
  • Lead cross-functional marketing alignment by coordinating efforts with product, digital, content, Account Based Marketing, and event marketing teams to deliver cohesive programs.
  • Build and maintain trusted, consultative relationships with regional sales leaders, account executives, and sales development representatives, providing strategic marketing insights, tools, and resources to help achieve sales objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth, data-driven evaluations of regional performance, delivering insights during forecast and pipeline review calls, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Oversee program budget allocation and manage vendor relationships to ensure efficient investment with a strong program cost-to-pipeline return.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to design joint initiatives, leveraging partner strengths to enhance marketing programs and maximize pipeline impact.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of regional marketing programs, continuously optimizing strategies based on ROI and sales feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of regional or field marketing experience within a B2B enterprise environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree; Marketing preferred.
  • Experience with marketing tools/technologies such as Salesforce, Tableau, Splash, Asana, Marketo, 6Sense.
  • Travel required: up to 30%.
  • This is a remote position.

  • Formal educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree, with marketing preferred.
