About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Execute SEO and AEO/GEO Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive SEO and AEO/GEO strategy, blending technical SEO, content creation, and forward-thinking approaches.
• Uncover Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify new SEO and GEO opportunities by analyzing site architecture, keyword and content opportunities, channel KPIs and introducing innovative approaches and new technologies.
• Communicate & Influence: Articulate your vision and present it compellingly to cross-functional stakeholders across the marketing, brand, merchandising, and product teams. Secure buy-in for your ideas.
• Synthesize & Integrate: Align SEO and AEO/GEO strategies and goals with those of the broader marketing and brand teams to create a unified marketing approach.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with product and engineering teams to define and execute a strategic roadmap, driving continuous improvement. Serve as a primary marketing liaison with multiple product squads.
• Analyze & Optimize: Deep dive into SEO KPIs, identify critical metrics, and optimize for maximum impact. Own SEO reporting and keep stakeholders informed of project progress and performance.
• Deliver Expertise: Stay ahead of the latest SEO, ASO, and GEO trends and methodologies, ensuring strategies remain cutting-edge. Leverage AI-driven technologies to scale and transform the channel.
• Evangelize: Educate the organization on SEO and AEO/GEO best practices and approaches, becoming the organization's go-to expert for the discipline.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of SEO experience, with 3+ years in a marketplace or large-scale e-commerce environment.
• Proven expertise in technical and enterprise SEO with a deep understanding of scalable SEO growth levers.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker, BrightEdge, Conductor, SEMRush, and Ahrefs.
• Proficiency in analyzing data, proposing actionable recommendations, and implementing solutions that drive measurable results.
• Experience sizing SEO experiments and developing prioritized roadmaps.
• Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with product and engineering teams and delivering SEO results.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with experience in content creation.
• Willingness to introduce and advocate for new ideas and approaches.
• Desire for ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Prismic CMS and luxury fashion is a plus.
