Senior SEO Web Content Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy with a focus on lead generation, high-intent keywords, and conversion.
• Lead measurement and performance reporting, using SEO and analytics platforms to identify growth opportunities and track KPIs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO best practices with Paid Search, CRO, analytics, content creation, and web development.
• Lead on-page SEO strategy, including keyword targeting, internal linking, metadata, and structured data.
• Partner with content teams to ensure new and existing pages follow SEO best practices and match user search intent.
• Identify new content and keyword opportunities based on intent, MSV, and competitive gaps.
• Stay on top of emerging AI search experiences (LLM-based engines, AI chat, SGE) and implement optimizations to increase brand visibility within these platforms.
• Manage external SEO agency relationships, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and performance goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including technical and content SEO.
• Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio).
• Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including site structure, schema, Core Web Vitals, and canonicalization.
• Experience working closely with development, product, and content teams.
• Ability to use data to drive strategy and communicate insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience working within a content management system (CMS), like Adobe Experience Manager or HubSpot.
• Deep understanding of SEO principles, ranking factors, and the evolving role of AI/LLM in search.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, journalism, communications, information technology or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or HubSpot.
• SEO, Web Content or related certifications.
• Experience within the Education or Assessment Industry.
