The role of Senior Social Media Manager involves leading social media efforts to support this transformation, overseeing core channels, and activating key voices to scale impact through organic and paid strategies, with an AI-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Run point on ZoomInfo's social presence across LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube, including planning, writing, publishing, and optimizing content
Amplify the voices of internal experts, executives, and external influencers through creative content, reposts, and collaborations
Partner with the demand team on paid social strategy and execution, ensuring alignment across targeting, creative, and messaging
Lead social listening and monitoring in a shared support model, providing near-round-the-clock coverage with internal and external partners
Flag and manage potential crisis or rogue moments quickly, working with brand and communications teams to respond with speed and clarity
Stay updated on platform trends, creator culture, and competitive moves, bringing fresh ideas weekly
Track performance and extract insights across channels, audiences, and content types; build reporting that informs decision-making
Contribute to broader brand and campaign strategy with a social-first approach
Approach content creation, trend monitoring, performance analysis, and workflow with an AI-first mindset, experimenting with new tools to improve speed, quality, and scale

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in social media, ideally in a high-growth B2B environment
Strong instincts for what works on LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube, with the ability to shape conversations beyond scheduling posts
Experience managing both organic and paid social campaigns with clear performance goals and feedback loops
Deep understanding of creator culture and influence mechanics, knowing how to boost the right voices at the right time
Excellent writing skills and brand judgment; ability to be sharp, human, and on-message
Experience with social monitoring and escalation processes, including community management and crisis response
Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, feedback-heavy environment
An AI-native mindset, constantly asking how AI can improve drafting, analysis, and spotting effective content

Nice to Have

Experience in a B2B environment
Knowledge of social media tools and automation
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and analytics
