About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the social media lead for TAG's portfolio LinkedIn presence, managing strategy, execution, and performance.
• Develop and publish engaging, brand-aligned content tailored for executive and corporate audiences.
• Maintain a strong editorial voice and uphold a polished, professional brand presence.
• Partner with executives, marketing, and communications teams to align social strategy with organizational priorities.
• Support boosting and paid promotion of social content across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, including campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with brand teams to identify high-value content for promotion and ensure ROI-driven ad spend.
• Oversee community engagement efforts for recruitment brands, including reactive responses, triage, proactive outreach, and surprise & delight initiatives.
• Manage response processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across platforms.
• Build and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc social media reports.
• Pull data from Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and other tools to craft actionable insights.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on performance metrics.
• Support employee advocacy and brand ambassador programs, ensuring brand consistency and engagement growth.
• Partner with HR, marketing, and leadership to expand advocacy reach and impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing required.
• 3-5 years of experience in social media management.
• 3 years in content creation and strategy, with a proven portfolio.
• 3 years in community engagement and moderation.
• 3 years in reporting & analytics, familiar with Sprout Social and Google Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn campaign management, including boosting and paid campaigns.
• Exceptional editorial and copywriting skills.
• Executive presence and professionalism when working with leadership teams.
• Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and deadline-driven.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with executive-level brand management.
• Experience in strategic social media planning and execution.
• Knowledge of social media advertising platforms beyond Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
