The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. EFT also offers innovative technology solutions for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management, focusing on stability, security, scalability, and speed. We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer with experience in designing and developing enterprise systems and working with relationship databases management systems (RDMS).

Key Responsibilities

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs related to the technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet client needs while leveraging understanding of policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers across business units to perform research, data analysis, and resolve technical challenges
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, providing guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Requirements

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
4+ years as a full stack developer in a modern framework
4+ years of .NET / .NET Core experience
4+ years of C#.NET experience
4+ years of experience with Angular or similar JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React or Vue
4+ years of experience working with Relationship Database Management Systems (RDBMS) such as DB2, SQL Server, or Oracle

Nice to Have

Experience writing automated unit tests for .NET using tools like XUnit
Experience developing applications in a CI/CD pipeline using tools like Jenkins, UDeploy, and GitHub
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum
Proficiency with Confluence, Jira or similar tools
Banking and/or wires experience
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
