As a Senior Software Engineer on the Agreement Experiences Team, you will own and develop multiple consumer-facing features centered around document interactions, writing and owning front-end and back-end code into multiple codebases/products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop performant UI and API code using technologies like React.js and GraphQL
Integrate seamlessly with Tier 0 services within the Docusign ecosystem
Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, User Experience, and Customer Support teams to create relevant software solutions for partners and customers
Champion and improve development and deployment processes by advocating for best practices and conducting thorough code reviews
Provide developer support to address and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently

Requirements

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
8+ years of industry experience in Software Development (fullstack)
4+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS and TypeScript
Experience with public cloud (Azure or AWS)
1+ years of experience with API design in any OOP language (C#/Java/Node.js)

Nice to Have

Knowledge and experience in high-scale, highly available (99.99+) systems
Experience with Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC), XML, JSON or Databases
Experience with Angular.JS
Experience with Microsoft Azure
