As a Senior Software Engineer within PNC's Corporate and Institutional Banking Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Provides detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms.
Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.
Writes code, tests and deploys software.
Prepares technical and procedural documentation required for software.
Maintains and debugs software.

Requirements

Experience as a full stack Java developer proficient with Spring framework, unit testing, and SQL databases.
Ability to design and develop software solutions for complex business needs.
Experience with front end technologies such as JSP, HTML, Angular is preferred.
Typically requires a university/college degree with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
Knowledge of application development, testing, and deployment processes.

Nice to Have

Experience with front end technologies like JSP, HTML, Angular.
Familiarity with application delivery process, architecture, and system development life cycle.
Experience with release management and structured query language (SQL).
