Join our team as a Senior Strategy Program Manager - Product Development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Support the execution and on-time delivery of Product Development Excellence initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Resource Planning & Management: Assist in balancing and prioritizing work across Motorcycle Development, ensuring accurate tracking and proactively work with leaders to resolve resource gaps.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data to generate actionable insights and support continuous improvement efforts across product development operations.
  • Process & Tool Optimization: Enhance communication, tools, and processes to foster a culture of continuous learning and operational efficiency.
  • Develops process/initiative requirements, resource needs, and timeline for approval.
  • Executes process improvements/initiatives to deliver requirements for successful implementation.
  • Builds strong connections with cross-functional peers.
  • Drive resource management process.

  • Center the team on priorities, refine program operations, clarify responsibilities, and hold stakeholders accountable.
  • Build cross-functional support through effective communication and develop solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Drive a culture of innovation and strategic problem solving in product development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • Technical or Engineering degree preferred.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of program management experience in new product development.
  • Design engineering and/or product development delivery experience is highly recommended.
  • Program management certification and experience in process development/change management is ideal.
  • Proficiency in program management methodologies (Agile/Sprint) and tools (JIRA, Miro, MS Project).
  • Proficiency with MS Power tools and dealing with large datasets highly desired.
  • Experience with department-wide resource management.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and reporting to executive leadership.
