About the Role

The Senior Technical Product Manager at Concentrix is responsible for defining and aligning project scope among various teams, supporting testing efforts, and managing tasks within Jira. This role is part of Concentrix's global technology and services team, which drives transformation, data, and technology services by integrating digital engineering, creativity, and human-centered design to modernize and simplify customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

Define and align project scope among all teams (design, test, delivery).
Support test data collection from Billing system and escalate issues if needed.
Analyze the true impacts to Retail channels for each initiative.
Collaborate with owners on customer experience impacts.
Coordinate with upstream and downstream domains during end-to-end testing and escalate if needed.
Collaborate with the Retail development team to plan and prioritize portfolio work in Sprint planning.
Create prepaid platform and features in Jira and define the acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with the client's portfolio and stakeholders to identify initiatives and prioritize them for product planning.

Requirements

5+ years of Technical Product Management experience across cross-functional teams.
Ability to work closely with architects and developers.
Experience managing mobile projects.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
Experience with SharePoint.
Risk assessment and mitigation skills.
Ability to manage requirements, timelines, and detailed design.
Experience coordinating deployment processes and driving solutions to completion.
Strong communication skills, including writing requirements and CX user stories.
Experience documenting cross-domain impacts and working within the Software Development Lifecycle framework.
