Key Responsibilities

Contribute to wider decision making including the development of practices, processes and procedures.
Work independently within a broad framework, solving complex challenges by accurately identifying underlying factors and causes.
Work cross-functionally to mitigate potential impacts of solutions outside their immediate area.
Develop departmental plans based on the functional strategy and execute through a team of professionals.
Coach and mentor team members to drive performance and build talent pipelines.

Requirements

Experience in delivering technical programs and projects within a broad spectrum of skills and frameworks.
Ability to work independently within a broad framework and solve complex challenges.
Knowledge of business functions and interdependencies with other functions.
Experience in developing and executing departmental plans and managing teams.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with awareness of potential impacts outside immediate areas.
