Senior Technical Program Manager - Security

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership, program sponsors, boundary partners, business leads, and technology teams to drive large-scale, cross-organization strategic programs.
• Define strategy, identify scope, design cross-functional solutions, align timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of outcomes and deliverables.
• Lead and manage security programs, leveraging industry best practices to optimize for agility and innovation.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships at all organizational levels to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Proactively identify impediments to program success and implement mitigation plans.
• Design, develop, and implement new technical, business, compliance, and delivery processes using systems thinking.
• Lead cross-functional program teams across multiple workstreams, creating integrated program plans and goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive, cross-organizational technical program management experience with a focus on highly visible, large-scale security programs.
• 5+ years experience leading the development and implementation of new technology, cloud environments, migrations, business, compliance, and/or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong technical knowledge including security, infrastructure, and public cloud concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Ability to identify and mitigate program impediments proactively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas to different audiences.
• Experience with systems thinking to design, develop, and implement new technical, business, compliance, and delivery processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and creating integrated program plans.

Nice to Have

• Experience with programs delivering SaaS products to customers.
• Experience with Change Advisory Board processes and procedures.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence.
• Knowledge of security fundamentals including security controls related to NIST CSF.

Benefits & Perks

• Annualized base salary ranging from $147,000 to $220,500 USD for the primary location.
• Additional US location base pay range from $133,000 to $236,300 USD.
